Assistant Informatics Research Scientist (Chemistry Support)
We are looking for a talented informatician/software developer who will be responsible for writing code to support algorithm development in the chemometrics group. This includes back end C++/Java, front end GUI development, and Oracle database programming.

Requirements:
    BS or MS in Computer Science;
    Two+ years experience in object oriented design and programming (C++);
    Commitment to principled design process;
    Flexible, highly motivated;
    Willingness to learn;
    Excellent problem solving skills;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Interest in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Assets:
    Training in the physical sciences, statistics, and/or mathematics;
    Experience with Visual Studio;
    Knowledge of databases (Oracle) and SQL;
    Experience with signal processing and spectrometry.
