Medical and Dental - SurroMed offers health care through Aetna PPO and HMO and dental care through Aetna Passive PPO Dental.  Partial orthodontia coverage is included for minor dependants. 90% of the plan cost is company paid, 10% is employee paid.

Vision - Vision coverage is offered through VSP Eye care Health plan.  Exam, lenses and frames offered at low co-pay amounts.

Life Insurance � Company paid coverage of 2 times your annual salary up to a maximum of $400,000. Employees who participate in the Medical/Dental plans also receive a life insurance policy of $10,000 through Aetna.
