SurroMed offers their employees and their families two choices for health care insurance, an HMO and a PPO. Co-payments range from $10 to $15 dollars, dependent on the HMO or PPO selection. 90% of the insurance plan cost is company paid with the employee being responsible for 10%. PPO Dental plan is offered through Aetna. Orthodontia coverage is included for minor dependents.

SurroMed pays 100% of monthly premiums. Hartford Life coverage is 2 times the annual salary up to a maximum of $400,000.
